This network provides access to knowledgeable financial professionals who understand the culture, business practices and financial workings of business throughout the world. Team Assignment It is a policy of our firm to use the same team, whenever possible, from year to year to ensure that our clients know the people involved with their organization and that our team is also familiar with our client’s personnel, needs, and organization. Team Familiarity Planning meetings are held prior to the start of fieldwork to help the team gain an understanding of the clients operations, as well as to plan the actual audit. New junior team members are also responsible for preparing certain audit programs and schedules prior to the start of fieldwork. This involves a review of the previous year’s working paper files, which provides a certain amount of familiarity with the particular organization’s operations. In addition, supervision during fieldwork by senior team members ensures that new team members become familiar with our clients operations quickly. Partner Involvement In our firm the partner in charge is directly involved with the audit from start to finish. Partner approval and review occurs at various times during the course of the audit. The audit team is also encouraged to discuss potential problem areas with the partner at early stages in order to minimize redundant work and procedures and to adapt to changing demands. With particular contentious issues the partner in charge will often become involved in the fieldwork. It is also a policy in our firm to review files at the client’s premises, whenever possible. This ensures that the partner has all necessary information at hand as well as speeding up the completion of both the interim and final audits. The partner will also be available to meet with the Board of Directors and staff throughout the year. We have developed a wide range of clients for whom a diverse range of services is provided. Clients range from individuals to corporations having more than 200 workers and annual gross revenue in excess of $30,000,000.
